PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME - We require 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that our processing time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
SHIPPING TIME - Once your order is processed, we will ship it within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Our standard shipping takes between 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Please be aware due to package size, sometimes online orders arrive at your local post office, and will require pickup or signature.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER - After your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the "Track Order" tab on our website or the shipping carrier's website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do ship internationally, but please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing times in your country. International orders may also be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
